Refund policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless the customer purchased shipping protection and the item arrives damaged or was lost in transit.
We get it, sometimes sizing can be tricky. So if your item doesn’t fit, we offer one-time size exchanges (if stock allows).
To qualify for an exchange:
- Item must be unwashed and in original packaging.
- Request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Customer covers return shipping.
If your item arrives damaged or with an issue, email us at aspirationapparel637@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Order number
- Photos of the issue
We reserve the right to refuse any return that doesn't meet our criteria.
